When I was looking for a realtor for our home to sell, I had two friends who had used Mike, and he had done a video and many beautiful shots. And I decided I loved it and decided to use his services.
This is the fourth house that we’ve been involved in selling, and I’ve never really enjoyed selling a home. But I have to admit when we hired Mike, that this became a very comforting, enjoyable experience. There was a lot of laughter. We had a lot of joking. It was all very professionally done and very enjoyable. His crew did an excellent job. His crew was very professional. The filming of the home and the stage when she came in, she was very helpful.
There were things that we didn’t think of that she pointed out that we needed to take away. It was all very easy and we did exactly what we were told. And the finished product was wonderful. It turned out to be really good.
When I watched the video of Mike’s product, I thought, wow, what a house. And look at all the lighting and all the views. And it was awesome. And I said, I really want to buy this house. And then I had to pause and say, “Oh, my goodness, that’s our house and I didn’t even recognize it. And I was like, wow, it was just so fantastic.” And then, needless to say, his great job and the interest it got online, it sold in two days.
So, we were pleased and scared at the same time because it sold so fast that Mike is so talented. It’s not just about videos, it’s the whole package. We have peace of mind. He took away our stress. He answered questions as silly as some of them were and took away all our concerns and worked with us through the whole process. For all of you homeowners out there looking for a realtor, I would just cut to the chase and tell you, hire Mike and he will deliver and skip the big search. You’ll be so pleased and excited as we were to use his services and he is there for you all the way through the process. And I could not be happier. I really appreciate everything he did for us and we’re very pleased.
